THEREFORE THE SEATS FAIL TO CONFORM TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF STANDARD FMVSS 213, DYNAMIC PERFORMANCE, CHILD SEAT INTEGRITY. CONSEQUENCE OF DEFECT: FAILURE TO MEET THE REQUIREMENT OF FMVSS 213 INCREASES THE POSSIBILITY OF SERIOUS INJURY TO THE CHILD SEAT OCCUPANT IN A CRASH.
