THE GROUNDING LUG ATTACHED TO THE METAL CASE OF THE 120VAC/12VDC POWER CONVERTER DOES NOT HAVE REQUIRED GROUNDING CONDUCTOR CONNECTED TO THE CHASSIS GROUND SYSTEM.

Injuries / Consequence

AN ELECTRICAL SHOCK HAZARD MAY EXIST IF AN INSULATIONFAILURE OF A CONDUCTOR INSIDE THE CONVERTER SHOULD OCCUR.

Remedy

INSTALL CONVERTER CASE GROUND CONDUCTOR.
