THE 2ND AND 6TH HIGH PRESSURE FUEL INJECTION LINES MAY CRACK DUE TO ENGINE VIBRATION. CONSEQUENCE OF DEFECT: DIESEL FUEL COULD BE SPRAYED ON A HOT EXHAUST MANIFOLD WHICH COULD RESULT IN A FIRE.

Remedy

REPLACE 2ND AND 6TH FUEL INJECTION LINES AND INSTALL A SUPPORT BRACKET FOR BOTH LINES.
