UNDER CERTAIN ELECTRIC LOAD CONDITIONS, THE HEADLIGHT SWITCH MAY HAVE SOME INTERNAL PLASTIC DEFORMATION. CONSEQUENCE OF DEFECT: HEADLIGHT CIRCUIT MAY OPEN RESULTING IN LOSS OF HEADLIGHT FUNCTION.

Remedy

ADD AN ELECTRICAL RELAY TO THE HEADLIGHT CIRCUIT TO SUPPLEMENT CURRENT CIRCUITRY.
