VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: ARTICULATED TRANSIT BUSES. THE REAR SECTION OF THE BUS COULD BECOME UNSTABLE AT HIGH SPEED IF ELECTRIC POWER IS LOST TO THE ELECTRONIC CONTROL UNIT FOR THE ARTICULATED STABILIZATION SYSTEM.
