VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: TRAILERS EQUIPPED WITH MERITOR RHP SUSPENSIONS. THESE TRAILERS EXCEED THE BRAKE ACTUATION AND RELEASE REQUIREMENTS OF FMVSS NO. 121, "AIR BRAKE SYSTEMS."
