THE INVOLVED VEHICLES WERE EQUIPPED WITH INCORRECT TIRE FLAPS WHICH ALLOW THE INNER TUBE TO PROTRUDE THROUGH THE RIM VALVE OPENING. CHAFING AND POSSIBLE SUDDEN LOSS OF AIR CAN RESULT.
