Description

Newmar Corporation (Newmar) is recalling certain 2026 Freedom Aire motorhomes equipped with a ThermaHeat Tank Pad. The water tank heating pad may experience high resistance and fail.

Injuries / Consequence

A heating pad failure can increase the risk of a fire.

Remedy

Dealers will install a new water tank heating pad, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed February 6, 2026. Owners may contact Newmar customer service at 1-800-731-8300. Newmar's number for this recall is 622 RSB.
