THE FLUORESCENT LIGHT CIRCUIT DIODE, LOCATED UNDER THE DRIVER'S SEAT, CAN OVERHEAT.
Injuries / Consequence
THIS DIODE CAN BECOME HOT ENOUGH TO IGNITE SURROUNDING MATERIAL RESULTING IN A POSSIBLE VEHICLE FIRE.
Remedy
DEALERS WILL REPLACE THIS DIODE WITH A SOLENOID THAT WILL ELECTRICALLY DISCONNECT THE WIRE INSTEAD OF PREVENTING BACK-FEEDING WITH A DIODE.
