A DISCREPANCY BETWEEN THE VEHICLE LOAD CARRYING CAPABILITIES AND THE ACTUAL LOAD CARRYING CAPABILITIES WAS LISTED ON THE VEHICLE'S CERTIFICATION LABEL. THIS DOES NOT CONFORM WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF PART 567, "CERTIFICATION LABEL."

CONSEQUENCE OF NON-COMPLIANCE; THESE VEHICLE COULD BE OVERLOADED CAUSING THE INCREASE POTENTIAL OF A VEHICLE ACCIDENT.
