THE VERTICAL AND HORIZONTAL WELDS ON THE CARGO TIE DOWN DEVICES WERE NOT PROPERLY WELDED.

Injuries / Consequence

THE CARGO TIE DOWNS CAN SEPARATE CAUSING THE LOSS OF CARGO INCREASING THE POTENTIAL FOR A VEHICLE ACCIDENT AND INJURY.

Remedy

DEALERS WILL INSPECT THE WELDS AND, IF NECESSARY, REWELD ALL IMPROPER WELDS.
