Description

THE FLANGED WHEEL NUTS WERE IMPROPERLY TORQUED. THE IMPROPERLY TORQUED FLANGED WHEEL NUTS COULD CAUSE DAMAGE OR DEFORMATION TO THE HUBS, DRUMS, STUDS AND WHEELS.

Injuries / Consequence

THE TRAILER DUAL WHEELS COULD SEPARATE RESULTING IN INJURY TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY IN THE VICINITY.

Remedy

DEALERS WILL INSPECT ALL WHEEL END ASSEMBLIES AND REPLACE ALL WHEEL STUDS AS WELL AS ANY HUBS, DRUMS, OR WHEELS WHICH SHOW DEFORMATION OR DAMAGE.
