Description

DURING INSTALLATION OF THE REAR SEATS, THE DRILLS USED TO CREATE PILOT HOLES FOR MOUNTING THE REAR SEAT PENETRATED THE FUEL TANK CROSSOVER PIPE LOCATED BEHIND THE REAR SPRING HANGAR BRACKET ABOVE THE REAR SPRING. THE DAMAGED FUEL LINES CAUSE FUEL LEAKAGE.

Injuries / Consequence

FUEL LEAKAGE FROM THE DAMAGED FUEL LINE CAN RESULT IN A FIRE IF EXPOSED TO A SOURCE OF IGNITION.
