THE HANDRAIL FOR THE STEPS LOCATED ON THE WINCH STAND MAY NOT BE OF SUFFICIENT STRENGTH TO SUPPORT THE FORCE APPLIED BY A USER OF THE HANDRAIL CAUSING IT TO BREAK.

IF THE HANDRAIL BREAKS WHILE BEING USED AS SUPPORT, THEUSER MAY FALL, RESULTING IN AN INJURY.
