Description

CERTAIN YAKIMA MIGHTYJOE 2 AND MIGHTYJOE 3 TRUCK-MOUNTED BICYCLE CARRIERS, P/NOS. 8002609 AND 8002608. DUE TO USING MATERIAL OF INADEQUATE STRENGTH IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE LOCATION OF THE TIGHTENING STRAPS, THE LATCH MAY GIVE FALSE FEEDBACK.

Injuries / Consequence

THE BICYCLE LOAD ARMS MAY UNEXPECTEDLY COLLAPSE, POSSIBLY RESULTING IN INJURY OR A VEHICLE CRASH SHOULD THE ARMS COLLAPSE WHILE THE VEHICLE IS IN USE.

Remedy
